BumClac @ Baraka

BumClac @ Baraka

This Sunday we were @ Baraka for the Juggling Culture Gathering. We set up a small table to put our merchandise on and started explaining to people what everything does. :D

We’ve had some comments about how we don’t have samples of our instruments so .. now we do! Also we’re gonna start recording some videos of how to use each and every one of our instruments.

Thanks Juggling Culture for inviting us and Combo for the pic. We’ll upload some more pics on our facebook account soon!

Laterz!

BumClac @ Baraka this weekend

10/09/2009

Before we go on we must tell you that our shop, per say, isn’t ready. So until we get that going we will post here what events we go to and where you can find us. If however you do want something from us right away, don’t hesitate to call!

Ok so this weekend we’ll be @ Baraka, playing with the people @ Juggling Culture:

Come celebrate the beginning of autumn in a Juggling Culture Gathering at Baraka, in the Herastrau Park, Sunday September 13th, starting with 16.00.

Bring juggling toys, or just curiosity and good vibes.
This time we’ll be bringing more goodies than usual:

- juggling equipment expo with Juggler.ro,
- music instruments expo with BumClac,
- percussion jam sessions,
- hand-made poi,
- Poi School with Baj,
- collaborative live painting with Alex,
- slackline with Pro Boulder Project,
- juggling music with Tomasan and TONY031R.

And that’s not all. Juggling Culture supports the “Follow your Passion” campaign of the “Follow your Passion” Federation. Our gathering will be included in the series of events organised on September 13th, which aims at obtaining a legal day off for our passions. More info about the Federation and how you can help here.

Come out and play!

Juggling Culture is the initiative of a group of people who have discovered juggling in different ways, but fell in love with it just the same. We wish to help bring together all people interested in juggling together, so that we can build a strong juggling community in Romania. We want to share moves, ideas, visions, information so that we can grow together in this special play and turn it from curiosity to culture.

Juggler.ro is the first online juggling shop in Romania and the one who inspires and supports the Juggling Culture initiative.

Bumclac – love music, dance life is a small music instrument shop that just started its journey. We have been playing and collecting small instruments from all corners of the world. This is our way of sharing our enthusiasm for imaginative, dreamy or ecstatic sounds. We place great importance by fair trade and manufacturing, as well as sustained management of natural resources and high quality.

BumClac @ OneLove

First of all, we wish to thank the organizers for alowing us to take part in their festival, and also to all the people that helped us out and last but not least the people @ Miscarea de Reciclare that sponsored us with recyclable ashtrays.

We arrived @ Comana on Wednesday and without any hesitation we started to set up camp. We had a lot to do as the forest isn’t the most friendly place to set up shop. Aburigu, a friend, joined us and by nightfall we already had something to be proud of. Next day we continued our work and by nightfall we were ready. Friday morning we took a trip back to Bucharest to get the rest of our stuff and by 15.00 we were back.

We had a really great time at the festival even if not so many people showed up. The vibe was exactly what we needed. We hope everyone enjoyed our small zion village and you can be sure we will repeat the experience!
